(the purchaser) do hereby agree that the previously mentioned puppy/dog being
purchased is being done so for the purposes of a pet only and will not be bred
without explicit written consent of the breeder. The purchaser also agrees to the appropriate
alteration that may be made to the puppy/dog.
This
non-breeding contract is used at a means to control a breeder’s
bloodlines. In no way does this
automatically implicate that the puppy/dog is not a quality pup worth showing
or breeding. It is simply a
precautionary measure that breeders take to protect their bloodlines and
financial interests.
The contract
must be followed in order to receive the registration papers. I, the purchaser understand the obligation to
not attempt to breed this animal against the breeders wishes.
