I Laura Kelsch (here in after referred to as the breeder or seller) offer for sale an Olde English Style Bulldogge puppy/dog described as follows:

The above named puppy/dog is new, rare breed, the pedigree is correct and may be given at the time of sale.  This puppy/dog may be registered and the registration papers transferred into the purchaser's name(s) and forwarded to the purchaser with in six months following the date of sale.  The health of this puppy/dog is excellent to the best of our knowledge and belief at this time of sale.  This puppy/dog has had the appropriate vaccinations and has been de-wormed.  All medical records will accompany the animal.

Ownership will be transferred to the buyer with one of the following contracts. The transfer will be incomplete unless accompanied by one of the following agreements: A Breeding Contract, Non Breeding Contract, Show Contract, or Co-ownership Contract.  These contracts here in after may be referred to as "Specialized Contracts".

This puppy/dog has been purchased under a _______________________________  agreement. A SPECIALIZED CONTRACT of that nature may accompany this contract.

If at any time during the ownership of the dog, the purchaser is no longer able to care for the animal, the purchaser agrees to notify the breeder prior to taking any actions of relocating or euthanizing said animal.  Failure to do so, while still covered by the guarantee, will render the guarantee null and void.
